Return Policy

Our return policy only applies to products purchased directly from our website. Your item must be in its original unused or unopened condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. *You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Items cannot be returned if they are opened or if the customer does not prefer the taste. Merchandise that has been worn, used, opened, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we get the product back to us, we will give you a full refund. To initiate this process, please email us at info@optimumefx.com or contact us by phone at (480) 719 6798. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit or debit card).

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Product

Optimum EFX is not responsible for missing, damaged or stolen packages as a result of a mistake by the courier or the customer (ie. submitting the wrong address). For these kinds of issues, Optimum EFX will manage refunds and replacements on a case by case basis.

Shipping Delays

Orders placed before 3 pm MST Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Once shipped, you will be emailed tracking information from FedEx or USPS depending on your selection. Be advised that shipping delays sometimes occur with carriers, internationally and domestically, and are therefore beyond our control. Please allow up to 7 to 12 business days for delivery.
