These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Tested athletes
Our products are Informed Sport certified, which means batches are tested for substances prohibited in sport. No testing program can remove all risk. If you compete in tested sport, you are responsible for checking products against the rules of your sport and governing body. You can verify certified batches at sport.wetestyoutrust.com.
Orders, pricing and availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or resale, and correct pricing or description errors at any time. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full. Prices are in US dollars, and applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.

Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Optimum EFX name, logos, product names, photos, video, graphics and text, is owned by Optimum EFX or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

Don't misuse the site, interfere with its security, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful. Reviews and messages you submit must be honest and must not infringe anyone's rights. We may use content you submit, such as reviews, in connection with our business.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, except those that can't be excluded by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Optimum EFX and its owners, employees and partners won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to hold Optimum EFX harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or products or your violation of these terms.
Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Before filing any claim, please contact us at info@optimumefx.com so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Any dispute that isn't resolved will be decided by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, held in Maricopa County, Arizona, or remotely. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and Optimum EFX each waive the right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action or class arbitration.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
